You will want to pull your hair out!

A company that makes you want to spit blood, cancelled my account, made the last payment and then proceeded to get billed again, they then admitted to making a mistake and cancelled it again and said I wouldn't get billed again or owe them any money, promised I wouldn't get anymore calls.............. I get a call every day for another payment, explain my story every day and get a call the next day. One agent even said isn't it easier to just pay the installment again so I don't get calls...ffs.
