You will regret dealing with Cartrack.

You will regret dealing with Cartrack. No service from this company. Unable to track my vehicle. No early warning as advertised. All of a sudden my tracker does not have the ability to detect when battery gets disconnected. Was someone not supposed to tell me this or give me the option of what device I want. Failure to notify me that the device was tampered with. Subsequent failure to track my vehicle. Cartrack will give you no service. All departments in Cartrack has no idea what other is doing. They will blame the client for not checking the device. Blame the client for tampering. Will take legal action if you don't bow down to their authority. They cancelled without my consent and without me filling in the cancellation form, stating that I do not except the term they are giving, based on their inability to track a vehicle. My vehicle would have been S.T.O.L.E.N and Cartrack would have had no idea . Cartrack has a long record of faulty devices and just blame their customers. They vehicle service technician expressed that it was never a power issue with their unit, but rather a signal issue because of their ba*****t location. I hope people feel safe parking in a ba*****t thinking their vehicle would be safe. People that take what doesn't belong to them will have ampule time tampering, disconnecting and discarding of the device long before someone notice the vehicle its gone. They will force you to pay they full remainder of the term for a service they can not provide. They do not respond to email, they will not put a manager on the calls . Don't care about the client all about the money
