You can do better

I really don't know what these guys are doing, and in the process our lives are put in danger.

I called to test my device and only to find that all notifications were disabled by them, even my panic button.

Luckily I was not in danger, I can't imagine what would have happened if I was and pressed with no response.

You guys can do better.
