You can do better Cartrack

Today you are giving me a headache!! I fitted two devices with you already but seems 3rd one not so lucky. Last week George from Klerksdorp helped me, Wow what a professional and friendly technician. Today I get a technician Reemon if I'm correct, who got 0 people skills. First he shows up 4 hours after original appointment and then he gets rude. I've called the call centre and call got dropped after holding for 10 minutes. I then requested a call back from the website 4 times , spoke to tshepo, tabiso and someone and they all transferred me to schedule department. After 10 minutes of waiting the calls dropped again. I then tried a 4th time, spoke to Abraham and he said he will email the department to give me a call back. So now I'm waiting. Really disappointed in Cartrack today
