You are very good at the point of sale

You are very good at the point of sale. But your after-service is very very poor. I was debited twice for a re-installation. I called your finance department for a refund and was told to wait for 14 days. How do you take someone's money without consent or tell me to go to the bank and reverse it myself or wait. On top of that your people are rude and clueless. The manager even promised to investigate and return my call but never did so. They are good at getting people commiting to long-term contracts then treat you like trash afterwards as if you are not a premium paying customer. I suggest people read the reviews before engaging with Cart rack cause you will be very disappointed.
