Wrongful debits

I am tired of talking to you guys everyday and it's so difficult to get your team on the line,

I was given bank details last month to pay for March and I did, then later on you debited still

Tried to get a refund and was advised that it takes longer than 14days for it to show on.my side but I can just.leave it and not be debited for April, which sounded convenient

But on 20th got debited 207 I have no clue what for.

Now no1 is calling me to explain why, I want it refunded asap no1 has money lying around nje 😒 please sort out your system it's messing up with my budget
