Wrong tracker installed, I was not even informed that it doesn’t have vehicle retrieval

Wrong tracker installed, I was not even informed that it doesn’t have vehicle retrieval. I’ve been calling for the past week and would be put on hold until my airtime runs out. Today 05/06/2025 Karabo Lebogo promised to call at 15:00 but until now, there’s no call!!!!!
