Wrong position of my car by tracker

They just installed a tracking device yesterday, but hey I'm so disappointed, the app is showing me incorrect location of my car it says my car is at my place and my wife took it to Johannesburg and I'm in mpumalanga I regret why I chose cartrack, netstar never gave me problems at all. I think I should cancel and go back to netstar this is so terrifying since Im a victim of hijacking. And I saw reviews at first I thought maybe it's just a minor thing but it still happening to me
