Wrong information.. and bad service

I’m Called in to report a ****** vehicle yesterday morning All the guys would tell me was them picking up the vehicle because of signal, then called in today asking about the location of the vehicle was told was last seen at a specific address, then called again just now to ask if the vehicle was searched at the surrounding areas where it was ****** can’t get help from that now they tell me the vehicle was last seen located at a different place which like weeks back now but the vehicle is everyday on the road are these trackers working or what we told they do is just a sells speech ..... where is the trust ?????
