Write-off

I was involved in an accident in April 2015, whereby my car was written-off.<br> <br> I called the tracking company to deactivate/cancel the device but the refused. The list the just wanted to keep on deducting subscription money without the service..<br> <br> Around the 2 week in May 2015, I then received a call from them (CarTRack) to advice me that the received a power-done signal from the written-off car. I advised the consultant that I am not in possession of the car, the are to fetch the device since they are deducting money from my account. for tracking. He told me no need to do anything since my car is not with me.<br> <br> During the month of June i called them to have a device fitted to my new car. I was told that it's my responsibility to located my written-off car to retrieve the device.<br> <br> How far are these people going to deduct money for none service?<br> Why would they expect me to sign-up a new contract meanwhile they are deducting money from my account without rendering any service to me?<br>
