WOULDN'T RECOMMEND CARTRACK TO MY ENEMY - USELESS COMPANY

I made payment on the 17th for R185 and today you people double debited my account, what's going on with this company?????? I've been getting calls and they just hang up when i answer and also our info is not safe with this company this person Jacqueline Mathabela sent me an email for a Mr Ngwenya the mail had personal info, i rep**** to this Jacqueline person that email is not meant for me but he/she did what Cartrack does best IGNORING CLIENTS, whoever that's on whatsapp chats is clueless and useless. They keep sending same messages & I've been since replying with proof of payment then they just ignore and send same message over and over again. I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!
