Worst vehicle tracking company ever! A huge money making ****

Honestly if I could I would rate this place a zero star rating but I can't as it is not possible. I have had the worst experience with this cartrack from day 1 of installation last year 2020 March. There was a investigation and all still no solution or slight sorry from them I had a bmw and had to pay at bmw to get a new I drive system installed after cartrack tapped into the wiring the denied any responsibility. And bmw said they have seen this so much with them but there is physically no way to prove that it is them so no case to go on unfortunately. I spoke to multiple managers and still no result . I now have sold my bmw and did not know that I had to get the cartrack unit taken out before hand , just called cartrack 3 time got sent from pillar to post again to try and find out how to go forward got pu on hold forever and eventually hung up . I am so fed up with this investigation my ass they just don't care got told to cancel I have to pay something like R2400 around that number per vehicle to cancel I mean really this is such a **** ! Worst tracking company ever just don't even consider using them seriously worst client service worst service just in general !
