WORST TRACKING COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY!

Today my driver had in incident with a taxi driver. I have again run out of data due to sales selling me a unit incorrectly. I pay R1500 per month. I phone camera support, and they said there is no footage from either of my 3 cameras at 07:39, yet at 07:41 the system uploaded a fatigue 5 second video. The camera support agent also laughed at me at the end of the call, and I just hung up. Oh, not to mention that I now have to pay for a technician to come and pull the footage off the DVR. Why must I pay more money???? I am now referring this matter to the Ombudsman. I DONT WANT THIS UNIT ANYMORE. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR EARLY CANCELLATION EITHER. I have had nothing but horrible service from Cartrack.
