WORST TRACKING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
<p>I installed my tracking device last year with car track while last year I got good service everything just changed in 2016, they sent a technician to come chnage my unit since it was working the technician came and installed a unit which still didnt work took him almost 5 hours still the unit didn't work. The technician said he would come back next day to install another one but no one cam or called wasted almost R110 airtime being transferred to differrent agents telling me the technical department is busy! I eventually gave up and tired of CarTracks service they are so quick to debit and yet they have poor service I decided to cancel my contract with them and now they telling me about paying R1700 for what I don't know and yet they busy calling me about when can they debit the amount of 1700 but were not quick to respond to my queries . I advise you not to use cartrack at all very very very disappointed with you guys!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Thanks Car Trcak! Spoke to one of the Supervisors there she even gave me her personal land line if I have any issues! They chnaged my unit and gave me a new unit much better than the one I have before and is working perfectly fine right now with no issues! Thank so much Cartrack!

AFTER THE GOOD COMPLIMENT I GAVE YOU This is the second time I have to go REVERSE A TRANSACTION FROM CARTRACK CAUSE PEOPLE YOU HAVE HIRED CANT DO THEIR JOBS! I don't know how your consultants think or use their brains I'm really really fed up with cartrack right now cause it has affected me very badly. what awful service i have got from you guys! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND CAR TRACK AT ALL TO ANYONE AT ALL! HOW THE HELL DO YOU GUYS GET TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN! YOU HAVE DEBITED AGAIN FOR THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE!
