WORST TRACKING COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY!

Cartrack are the biggest ****mers of all time. I had the worst service. So the 1st of September I got hijacked, so the ****s left with my cellphone so a friend of my and I ran to the next street to call cartrack to make them aware that my car had been ****** and worse my partner was taken with the car. In my panic I eventually got a hold of a phone in under 10 minutes. The gentleman on the other side was not remorseful was seemed uninterested. The unit eventually got cut off and they could no longer track it all they could see was last location. Okay now my car is irrecoverable, so now I go back and ask for the warranty cover that they promised to pay for when the car is not recovered, as they pride themselves with 90% recovery rate. Now that they need to pay this warranty cover they start telling you stories of testing the unit, which mine was not faulty at all till the last day as they were able to give my insurance assessor manual co ordinates of the day of the hijacking. Cartrack is a ****, imagine the ****s that hijacked us were able to get a hold of that unit in 20 minutes and therefore destroying because the car has not been recovered to date. Just a while back a guy wrote to the newspapers about them how they too were failing him, they do not want to pay. Money that could assist with a deposit of a new car or even pay for Shortfall at the bank, or buy cellphones that were ******. I suggest if anyone is looking for a tracking company consider something else, I have much better experience with other tracking companies. STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK. All they do is sell you dreams, dreams of R150 000 warranty cover that they fail to pay.
