Worst tracking company ever!!! Cartrack have untrained people working in customer complaints division.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Still can't believe how car track is treating me as a customer. Ive been paying for almost two years for a tracker that isn't in my car. Unprofessional service from their customer service employees. The literally just ignore emails. I will mention names of this does not get sorted out. They making me pay R600 for something they messed up with. I gave them an option to give me back my premiums that I have been paid for a service that I didn't receive and they blatantly refuse. Customer mean nothing to them. Untrained employees in customer service. Even a one star rating is too much. We need negative stars here.
