Worst Tracker Company Ever

I joined car track in February 2018 and have never missed any debit order. October 2018 I got involved in an accident and the car was written off. Till today I have been trying countless times to cancel that tracker of a written off car that is not working to no avail.

On my second car, the one that I actually started with in February 2018 I asked for log reports for the period August 2020 to 25 September 2020 and I was sent an empty logbook only to realise that their tracker is not working that is why even their app cannot provide me any information. I have written countless follow-up emails on this and I do not know what to do anymore because the surprising thing is come month-end I will be getting a double debit order for cars t=whose trackers are not working!
