Worst Tracker Company ans service i have ever come across..

Cartrack one of the worst companies i have ever work with..Sins 24 Nov 2024 i am batteling to log on to the web site or the phone app..My app never works then last night i want to check if my wife and the kid are ok and nothing works..Not the website not my app . So i called in and they said that there programe stop my contract...So i ask that wo gave them permission to do it..From the customer service to the managers write through the bank there service is bad and i mean bad...Its amazing i pay every single month and half the month my web and phone app do not work. I personally think cartrack is the worst tracker companie to go for as i have so many problems from the word go..And the support is even worse because no one can help me or its of or they have a storie for everything...

Everytime there are stories on my unit that by the way works 100% but the rest is just not willing to help or they can't help at all...I phone about sins 24 nov 2024 til now i have lost hope and phone call money and still havent fix any of my problems..There is always a storie about my bakkie at Cartrack..The service the staff no one can sort out my app or website ...And if somethings happens to my kids and wife how will be blamed for it...Service has a storie on storie every single time i phone about the app or website..I am not surprised if there is more customers how have the same **** that i have with Cartrack..

How can a computer deactivate your contract just like it..Bad Bad so now i must phone my wife every hour to check if they are ok were i had access to Cartrack website or phone app to check were they are wil i am working..

So i must wait for the Team to get the issue resolved befor my app will work again ..So for the hole of easter nothing works and i must wonder were my family is..And this is not the first time this happens and i am not a happy customer..I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible..
