Worst tracker company!

this company is a big rouge they was on the news for robbing the people but it wasn’t enough they still do it please don’t ever use this company they are by far the worst company ever I’ve been with Cartrack since 2023 and referred over 10 clients to them. Honestly, that’s something I regret now.

The level of incompetence is shocking. They repeatedly send out technicians who clearly lack the necessary skills to work on modern vehicles. In my case, their installation directly led to my car developing persistent battery issues. Not one, but two of their technicians failed to identify a problem that was later confirmed by the dealership as a faulty BMS which had to be replaced.

Only after I paid out of my own pocket and had the issue fixed properly did the car return to normal. Up to today, Cartrack has refused to take responsibility, despite multiple reports and follow-ups logged on their system.

What stands out the most is their priorities: • When it comes to taking accountability silence. • When it comes to demanding payment nonstop calls from different numbers.

It’s clear that customer care and technical quality are not a priority for this company. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing especially for a service that deals directly with people’s vehicles.

I would strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice. Based on my experience, you’re taking a risk with both your car and your time.
