Worst tracker

The worst tracker i have ever had, nothing works, i am literally paying for a service that does not even work. The trackers are always on but they can never give you a position of the vehicle, i called to inquire regarding my vehicle location and the agent told me the location but thats the location i was at and the vehicle was not there, i have been waiting for 2hours as they said they are reporting and they will call me back. We cant even view the trips
