Worst service provider be careful or u will be sorry

The information they provide you with before taking an account with them does not match the information you get when time goes by, I am not happy with the service recieved as their unit is not working accordingly I stopped paying my premiums becouse it was useless to me and they kept on calling then I paid arrears amount and promised to give me good quality service and now after pay arrears amount they are talking about blacklisting fees of which I didn't know about and even on the call recording terms and conditions they didn't say anything think about blacklisting. Now I am back paying for services that are not being provided for.

Please assist
