WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!

I have never ever in my 50 years on this earth dealt with such a useless company! All I'm trying to do is have a unit uninstalled from a vehicle I have sold into a new vehicle and OMW I cant begin to explain what I've been through. Three no shows (that there were appointments for) just for the uninstall and to date two no shows to have the unit reinstalled and job still not done! Not to mention hours and hours on the phone to the call centre - most times getting cut off and having to phone back numerous times.

I absolutely shudder to think what would happen if my vehicle actually did get ****** if this is the level of service just of the call centre.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY EVER!!!!
