Worst service from Cartrack

My fiance was hijacked on the 12th October 2021, and I have received the worst kind of service from Cartrack! There has been no feedback since the hijacking, just that the tracker had been removed. I keep calling every second day, trying to get updates and all I get is that their system is offline. I guess that's how the car got lost in the first place, they're never online!
