Worst service from Cartrack

I made a booking to have the tracker removed from my car in centurion, they lady committed to sending me a technician on Sunday at 12pm, I waited for the entire day, they did not even have the decency to call and cancel the appointment and I couldn't even get hold of the office because they only work Monday to Friday. Poor service can't wait to have their device removed from my car.
