Worst service

You only call when you want OUR money but lazy to provide good service. I lodged a complaint regarding a faulty unit, CarTrack is not responding but make a reversal, within minutes you’ll receive messages and calls asking about payment. I can’t wait for the contract to expire and get a new service provider who prioritizes GOOD customer service, than staying with this useless company.
