Worst service ever from top to bottom

I havebeen with Cartrack for very long and sins November 2024 the worst service I have ever seen..Every single week my cartrack app isn't working for more than 6 months and I reported it the the wep page not working,,The service department is the worst well basically every single one at cartrack ..if I new the service was this bad a would rather get something else..
