Worst SERVICE ever from CARTRACK especially Batasana

Batasana from the call centre at Cartrack scheduled a visit by the TECHNICIAN to reinstall a FAULTY TRACKING DEVICE on my car. I asked her to please email/sms/WhatsApp me a WRITTEN message of confirmation. This was this morning, She said that she will ask her SUPERVISOR to send me a communique on EMAIL. Nothing has come as yet, The SERVICE DELIVERY WITH CARTRACK is really so poor that the managers /directors know nothing about the EMPLOYEES they employ. Do NOT believe them with verbal communication as it is always lies. They do not mean what they say. Its just b/s that's CARTRACK for you.
