Worst service ever

I am so sick of this company. We bought a car in August this year. Had a tracker installed. Now there is a rattling noise in the dashboard of our car. Sent them numerous emails they said they will have a technician call me. That is almost two months ago. I CC'd Cartracks ombidsman into the last mail i sent. They said they will look in to it. Two weeks now and NO reply. Now i must pay them almost R3000 to cancel the contract but they are the one in breach. And i am a new client. Will NEVER recommend them. They are the wors in service.
