Worst service ever!!!

I've had the worst service ever. I locked my car keys together with my phones in the car, I called Cartrack requesting them to assist me and I provided them with an alternative contact numbers. They called me on the an alternative number and they informed me that they will call locksmith and I must pay. They then gave locksmith the same number that I said the phone was locked in the car. Knowing that they are also my broker I expected them to call my insurance but they never did. I had to call my insurance on my own. I dicided to downgrade their device and we agreed that they would debit my account on the 15th for downgrade. They decided to debit on the 25th when I had no money in the account and my bank balance was on a minus.

No matter how excited you can be never install a tracking device from Cartrack. 🚮
