WORST SERVICE EVER

If you are thinking of taking a policy with car track please save your yourself and not bother ,just pay that extra money on your comprehensive car insurance ,this company debited me 257 for normal premium plus 880 for the re-install fee which i had no problem with ,they debited me an additional fee of 613 now they are telling me that they will only refund me after 14days for something that was their fault now my other debit orders will not be paid and the sad part is that they do not care at all ,DISSAPOINTED AND THAT TIME I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT I ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT THEY RECEIVE THEIR MONEY ON TIME NOW THAT THE ROLES ARE REVERSED I AM BEING TOLD ABOUT 14DAYS
