Worst service ever and false adverti*****t

Oh well what a company this is if I must say so myself saw their ad on one of those vans saying if i take it out the first 2 months are free only to have them debit my account the first month with immediate effect. I called in and spoke to Ayanda from ''ACCOUNTS'' or so they say she couldn't be bothered about my query not even a single bit lacked professionalism in all aspects. Logged another query again on Thursday 14/03/2024 and i was told a million people will call me not even one called. So thank you cartrack for false advertising. Not only that the device was fitted in my car in my absence but the job was so untidy that I am sure I have an idea of where exactly the device is fitted. Taking cartrack was a mistake with so many mistakes at the beginning of our relationship I am worried if this people will even answer my call if God forbid anything happens to my car.
