Worst service ever!!!

They don’t care about their customers! I’ve app**** for a DE and RE installation and I’ve been waiting ever since. Confirmations were done with the dealership as to when they must come for de-installation and they chose to go when it suits them and claim they did not find the car. They have the nerve to debit your account and charge ridiculous amount for their POOR service. I’ve paid R870 for this stupid DE and RE service and also monthly fee God knows why but I promise I am going to reserve the debit orders if I don’t get my device installed by end of this wee**** Cartrack you full of sh*t!!
