Worst service ever

Worst service ever Debited my account before the actual day when I had no money in the account which bounced and left me with bank charges. I then received a link to pay them plus they bank chargers for a bounced debit Used the link and paid them and still receive many emails and sms as well as whatsapp messages that I'm owning them The workers in the company need to learn to do they job absolutely petectic service from the account team If I wasn't in a contract I'd definitely cancel

Other companies debit after the holidays not before
