Worst service ever.
What a useless company. The technician who installed my tracker, *****ed up, and now my alarm is going off throughout the day and night. I've called the call centre technical department, but as usual, they make alot of promises to call you back and the Superviser are on it etc. But no one calls you back. I want this piece of **** tracker out of my car. I'm going back to Netstar. I have never had any issues with them. This is the worst service I've ever had from any company. I will never recommend cartrack to anyone anymore. 😡😡😡😡

21 Aug 2024, 23:35Again Cartrack, you never fail to disappoint. Your senior technician didn't fix the problem. After 6hours my car alarm again went haywire. 23:30 at night when I'm trying to sleep I'm sitting in my living room with my car remote just to unlock and lock it again. I made a video of it. Exactly 6min 40sec everytime my alarm goes off. I want this **** out of my car tomorrow and cancel my contract.
