Worst service ever!

I faxed through my application forms beginning of February and was promised installation 3 weeks ago with a confirmation but no one bothered to call and tell me any feedback. I called them back but the same thing happen again and now the third time was yesterday with another confirmation still no one came. So my question is if they can't be professional about service of new business how am I suppose to trust them with my Car! I'm not asking them to give it to me for free I will be paying for it or if they don't want me as a client they should just say so, then I can go to another provider.
