WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Service with Cartrack is absolutely *******. I did a DNR (de-install and reinstall ) where the original price was R870.00. I only had the tracking device in my vehicle for 8 days so when I spoke to the consultant they changed the price to R350.00.

I have received numerous SMS's stating that my account is in the rear of R870.00 and that a legal summons has been issued at my work place.

Apon contracting the accounts department I have stated what has been going on and they can see it on my profile and have said that it would be corrected within 7 business days.

Just to receive a notification that R870.00 has been deducted from my account.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that they have provided me with for the past 6 months and I want an entire refund from them of R870.00.
