Worst service ever!

The technicians who came to install were about 2 hours late (when I asked why they said they were hungry and stopped to get something to eat). Unbelievable, I know! I called to complain about this and I was told to "please hold" then they hung up on me. A few days later, I called in again. The second person I spoke to apologized and said he will get more details then call me back. He did did!
