Worst service ever

I will not be settling anything your guys installed a tracker device on my other car as a result that car now is no longer working has multiple errors a guy of the name Milton Kekana came to install the tracker as I cancelled it on my old car as it has been sold, he came on the 03/02/2026 after that my car had multiple errors and still does till today he advised to come back following morning which he did with two other guys and they still failed to fix my car cause I was rushing to work they left and came back later in the evening along with 2 other guys again they stayed till late and again FAILED he then advised that the car would be booked in but nothing instead it was taken to a VW garage on the 5th but the same errors came back again I even called to cancel the contract so now no one is being held liable or taking accountability for the damage done to my car?? What’s worse is that the car even unlocks itself while driving which is very dangerous even putting me at more risk as a female driver

Please kindly assist with getting my car back in order so I can also have peace of mind and be at ease when driving because it’s really unfair that your technicians are not so skilled and equipped instead they bring stress and frustration to top it off the guy was very arrogant insisting he knows what he was doing even, please bring someone fully skilled re remove your device and fix my car!
