Worst Service

Worst service ever, handed over for asking them to cancel my contract with them after just a month as I had to return the car I was sold.

I was asked to pay R680 to remove the device from the vehicle, and I paid it. And the cancellation fee was +/- R3k (Which is very unreasonable, regardless of whether I signed a contract).

Debit orders went through from 2019 till Sep/Oct 2021, when I stopped it and requested again that they cancel contract and was told of another cancellation fee, which I refused to pay.

Fast forward, I am handed over and kept on being harrased by their debt collection services . This in turn affected my credit score, ended up paying an outsanding amount of R1.3 , and now I asked them to send me a paid up letter, and was told that I need to pay a sum of about R1.8k in order to be removed from the ITC , that's when I will receive the letter.

What sort of hogwash is that?
