Worst of the worst is this cartrack

I have been trying to get the ****** **** company of Cartrack to be of service to me as I have a contract with them, my fees have gone up thrice in one year but absolute **** service only to be emailed that I am in arrears and then I get in touch with someone on their WhatsApp line only to be told refer to a statement that only has numbers with no explanation, what n effin **** company
