Worst mistake you'll ever make.

From the 23rd of Feb up until now I have learned that the worst mistake I ever made was joining cartrack. They are even worse than multichoice when it come to customer service. I didn't even know it could get so bad, no regard at all towards their customers. As long as you don't have issues that requires customer service, you are fine but you dam if you do. I would seriously go out of my way to advise people not join cartrack. They act as if they have created monopoly but they are about the smallest vehicle tracking company, I don't even think their agents recieved customer service training. Good thing I have my call recordings of them.
