Worst Experience with Car Track

I have had the Worst Experience with Car Track. 1. My car track App has never worked since last year September. 2. Reported to Car Track and two technicians have been sent to “repair” the devise. But still not working. 3. Car Track Fleet Department has reported that they also cant see the vehicle from their side. 4. I personally need to make daily follow ups with Car Track & so much of my airtime had been used in relation to this query. 5. So in essence i have been paying for a service that does not work since September. 5. When i call to cancel i am told of a R2k cancellation feee. Imagine that? So what is the point of having a Car Track and one cant even track their vehicles.
