Worst decision ever made

After car got written off due to an accident I was expected to pay R2000 and some odd amount to cancel contract. What am I expected to do. During that period I was going through a lot due to the accident.

They continue to debit my account long after I have cancelled my contract which they sent a letter to confirm has been done.

Do not approach them for services, rather go for netstar or something else, you will thank me later.
