Worst customer service, inconsiderate and only concerned with pushing business

The longest installation process ever, I walked into the installation centre at 12:30 and right now it's 16:46 and I'm still here and they're not done. I asked the consultant online if I need an appointment and she said no, the lady at the centre also said don't go we'll assist you around 3. Very very disappointed and starving my ass off
