Worst Customer Service ever

This is the worst Company to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my Contract since November as I honestly can't afford it. The contract has now been cancelled but this month they have already taken 3 Debit Orders from my account. The Bankcan't reverse them as they are apparently mandated!! I can't even afford 1 Debit Order and then they take 3 in one month!!
