Worst customer service

I am really disappointed in Cartrack. my broker told me Cartrack is the best in the market. Up until now my installed unit still does not work. 3 of the scheduled appointments was missed by them. As they tell you if you miss your appointment you will be billed. Now my question to you who is going to pay my appointments that you missed? Will not install Catrack in my other fleet . Disgusted !!!
