Worst Customer service

worst customer service, i was promised 3 months free if im new and paying via Capitec,i keep getting debited and was told I need to call in and request the funds to be reversed. The agents that call are so uninterested to assist. When the one agent called me she literally said she doesnt know why shes calling as its a dialler and they always promise someone will call back but never does
