Worst customer experience!!!!!

I am a new client of car track, the installation was done last week on the 8th, so yesterday I called them to see if the I stallion was done properly and yes the lady that answered confirmed she could see where the car was parked, I then asked questions about the bad reviews I have been seeing online about thier company, the lady was dismissive she didn't want to answer any of the questions I asked, she told me I should call the next day and find someone else to help me, she proceeded to tell me I should stop talking therwise she would hang up, I was shocked, and she did interrupt me while I was talking and she did hang up, I wondered if the calls are recorded becouse she made the whole thing seem very suspicious, I mean even if you can't answer questions, why get angry and rude? Then she proceeded to cancel my tracker, today I received an sms from them saying something but cancelations... From this experience I can confirm the negative reviews are a 100% accurate
