worst company to get a car tracking device from

They are not even worth a star, that was only for me to be able to write the review.

They are the worst! I had my car tracking device with them for the past 3 years, now I called them for reinstallation as its been 3 years with the device. I schedule an appointment with them for Monday, they didn't come. When I call them on Wednesday they keep transferring my call to several departments and no one knew why the technician didn't come. That was just for reinstallation, Imagine if my car was ******. Terminated my contract with them. They don't know how to run a business. save yourself some time and money and walk way from them.
