I sign up for car track camera solutions for my fleet, the very first 2 cameras were sold to me under the instruction of unlimited streaming, I used these first 2 cameras with unlimited streaming for almost a year before I started adding more cameras to my other vechiles, after some time after a few more cameras were installed they stopped streaming, we complained and it got fixed again, after some time again it stopped and we raised the issues no one assisted us. After many months of complaining cartrack came back to us and said we do not offer such package even after we already been using it as it was sold to us for about a year plus. So we got legal assistance in this matter to get further help as we were not happy. My legal advisor requested we request an application to receive the marketing and sales calls which we submitted. Kavitha Lalla assisted us but never sent as the calls as specified, she sent us many calls but none to date about sales or marketing the requested in the specified times and dates. Kavitha Lalla now does not respond to me or my legal advisors emails, she just ignores us and all we asking is for the sales and marketing calls as requested but she does not respond. We want to take this matter to court as it has negatively effectd our company because of Cartracks false advertising and failure to release us from our contact due to them changing their agreement while the product was working as sold to us for a long time then stopped.
